I really enjoyed this talk by David Merrill. Reminds me of my visit to our early childhood classroom last week to watch the kids play with their new light table.
The New York Times has a new prototype feature called Article Skimmer. Basically it is an attempt to replicate online the experience of browsing through the sections and pages of the actual newspaper. I kind of like it. A nice way to browse the Times. Below is a little video clip to give you an idea of how it works.
